Most Perth cleaners quote an hourly rate and you find out what it cost afterwards. This is the whole table. Prices include GST, and there is no surcharge for pets, for parking, or for a first clean.

Weekly cleaning takes 10 per cent off and fortnightly takes 5 per cent, which is already reflected in the table. Two storey homes add 10 per cent to a regular or deep clean, because stairs, landings and a second set of wet areas take real time. Homes of five bedrooms and three bathrooms or more, and homes in genuinely poor condition, are quoted after a look rather than guessed at. Where a fixed price genuinely does not fit the job, such as a post renovation tidy or a specific number of hours you want us for, the hourly rate is $65 including GST with a two hour minimum.
Where these prices sit in the Perth market
Deliberately in the middle. There are Perth operators who will clean a three bedroom home for around $160, and national franchises charging north of $215 for the same house. We sit between them on purpose, with a longer inclusion list than the cheap end and none of the franchise overhead at the top end.
What we will not do is quote low and then find reasons for the invoice to grow, which is the single most common complaint made about cleaning companies in this city. If a home turns out to be substantially bigger or in a different condition to what was described, we tell you before the clean and give you the choice, rather than adding hours afterwards.
How the price is worked out
Bedrooms and bathrooms, because those two numbers predict the time better than floor area does. A three by two takes about two and three quarter hours to clean properly, a four by two closer to three and a quarter, and a five by two around four. That is the figure the fixed price is built from, and it is why the prices step the way they do.
Bathrooms carry more weight than bedrooms in that calculation. An extra bathroom is roughly twenty minutes of detailed work every visit. An extra bedroom that is used as a study is often ten. If your home does not match the standard shape, say so when you enquire and we will price the actual house rather than the label on it.

What is included in a regular clean
The same list every visit, so there is nothing to negotiate at the door and nothing that depends on how the day is going.
Bathrooms and laundry
Shower screen, tiles and recess, bath, basin and vanity, taps and fittings, toilet inside and out including the base and behind, mirror, towel rails, laundry trough and bench, floor mopped. Bins emptied.
Bedrooms and living areas
Surfaces dusted including sills, ledges and accessible shelving, mirrors and glass, skirtings spot cleaned, beds made or linen changed if you leave it out, floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped, rubbish out. Under beds and furniture where there is access.
What is not included
These are add ons rather than exclusions we hide. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside windows beyond a spot clean, walls, blinds, the garage, the balcony, laundering linen, and dishes beyond loading the dishwasher. Anything on the list below can be added to any clean.

Deep cleaning
Deep and spring cleaning
A deep clean is 1.6 times the regular price for the same home, with a $250 minimum. It is the clean you book once and then keep on a regular schedule afterwards, or the one you book when nobody has done the skirtings in two years.
On top of everything in a regular clean it adds: inside cupboards, skirtings and architraves fully washed rather than spot cleaned, doors and frames, light switches and power points, light fittings and ceiling fans, window tracks and sills, inside windows, exhaust fans, behind and under moveable furniture, full wet area detail including grout, and wardrobe interiors.
A 3x2 deep clean is $315 including GST, a 2x1 is $250, a 4x2 is $375 and a 5x2 is $465. If you are moving out rather than catching up, a deep clean is not the right product and we will say so: end of lease cleaning is a different checklist with a seven day re-clean guarantee attached to it.

How we work
The same cleaner, and no pet surcharge
Two small commitments that between them fix most of what people complain about with cleaning companies in Perth.
The same cleaner matters because the second visit is always better than the first. They know the shower screen needs a particular product, that the spare room is not used, that the dog is fine but the gate is not. An agency that sends whoever is free resets that knowledge to zero every fortnight, and you end up re-explaining your own home. We assign your home to a named cleaner and tell you in advance if that has to change.
The pet thing is simpler. A lot of companies add a fee for a house with a dog or a cat in it. We do not, because a pet is not extra work often enough to justify charging for it, and charging for it is the kind of thing people remember.

How much does a house clean cost in Perth?
A fixed price per clean, not per hour. A three bedroom two bathroom home is $195 one off, $185 fortnightly and $176 weekly, including GST. Every size is in the table on this page, so you can work out your own price without ringing anyone.
Why fixed price and not hourly?
Because the most common complaint about Perth cleaners is a bill that grew. An hourly rate makes our inefficiency your problem: if we are slow, you pay for it. A fixed price per clean means the number is agreed before we start, and any speed we gain from knowing your home is ours to benefit from rather than yours to fund.
Do you charge extra if I have pets?
No. A lot of companies add a pet fee and we do not. Just tell us what is there and whether anything needs to be shut away or kept inside while the door is open.
Will I get the same cleaner?
Yes, the same cleaner each visit wherever the roster allows. If your regular cleaner is unwell or on leave we tell you in advance, and whoever covers has your notes in front of them rather than starting from nothing.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code. It is recorded against your job, only assigned cleaners hold it, and it goes back to you the day you stop the service. Plenty of clients are home too, which is fine.
Is there a contract, and can I skip a clean?
There is no contract at all on residential work. Skip a clean, pause for a holiday, change the frequency or stop entirely. We ask for a couple of days notice so the cleaner's week is not wasted, and that is the whole arrangement.
