Most cleaners quote an hourly rate and you find out what it cost afterwards. We quote a price per clean, before we start, and if our cleaner gets faster on your house over six months that is our gain rather than your smaller clean. All prices include GST.

Because a house cleaned every week is genuinely less work each time. The discount is not a loyalty gesture, it reflects real hours. It also means the difference between weekly and fortnightly over a year is smaller than the two headline numbers suggest, which is worth doing the arithmetic on before you decide.
1.6 times the regular price with a minimum of $265. A deep clean covers everything in a regular clean plus inside cupboards, skirtings, doors and frames, light fittings, window tracks and full wet area detail including grout and shower screen descaling. Sensible before a regular schedule starts on a house that has not had one.
A lot of cleaners add a pet fee. We do not, in either of the cities we work in. Just tell us they are there and whether they need to be shut away, and whether the dog is friendly with people it has not met, which matters more to our cleaner than it does to us.

Kitchen. Benches, splashback, sink and taps, cooktop, the outside of every appliance, the microwave inside and out, cupboard fronts, bins emptied and the liner changed, floor vacuumed and mopped.
Bathrooms. Shower screen, tiles, bath, basin, tapware, toilet including the base and behind the pan, mirrors, cabinet fronts, floor vacuumed and mopped, bin emptied.
Bedrooms and living. Beds made or linen changed if you leave it out, surfaces dusted, mirrors, skirtings on a rotation, floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped, rubbish out.
Throughout. Light switches and door handles, internal glass at eye level, cobwebs, and a walk through at the end so nothing has been missed.

Not included: external windows above ground floor, gardens and lawns, rubbish removal beyond ordinary bin use, pest control, mould remediation, and anything requiring a ladder above standard step height.

Your house is assigned to a named cleaner with a named backup. They learn where the vacuum lives, which door sticks, that the dog needs the laundry door shut, and that the good glasses are not to be moved. That knowledge is most of what makes a clean feel right, and it is thrown away every time a company sends whoever is free.
If your regular cleaner is unwell or on leave, we tell you in advance, and the person covering arrives with your notes rather than a generic checklist. If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. If it happens twice, we change the cleaner rather than the explanation.

No, and most of our regular clients are not. Keys or access codes are registered against named individuals rather than held loose in a van, every cleaner holds a current national police check, and we carry $20 million of public liability including cover for the property we are working in. If you would rather be there for the first clean to walk the cleaner through the house, that usually helps.
Any time, with a week's notice. There is no contract for residential cleaning. Pause it over Christmas, drop from weekly to fortnightly, add a room, or stop entirely. If we are worth keeping we should have to keep earning it, and a contract that holds you in place after you have stopped rating us is not something we want to rely on.
Yes, everything including the vacuum, unless you would rather we used your own products. Some households prefer that because of a sensitivity or a surface with a specific requirement, and it is no trouble. If we are using ours and you have a stone benchtop, an oiled timber floor or anything else that needs a particular product, tell us at the first visit.
